Join our warm, inclusive group of uniquely abled performers with special needs and let your creativity run wild. In addition to theatre exercises and games, performers in this class joyfully write and perform in skits, commercials, and imaginative scenes. Performers will work toward creating a cumulative performance.

COMEDY IMPROV

The class explores the basics of improv through various games and exercises. The class teaches the students how to be comfortable with themselves as a performer, how to use the tool that is improv, basic acting techniques, and so much more. The class builds up to a final showcase consisting of 3 games. Each game ranges in difficulty, group size, and acting technique to showcase what they learned and how they have grown as actors,

What does it take to put on a show? Explore the creative process from writing a script to performing on stage. Read and explore monologues, scenes, and One Act plays. Be empowered with the skills to develop a character and work collaboratively as an ensemble to put on a show. Enjoy the process of creating and performing"s of creating and performing!
