We start with a base rate of $750 for a five hour block of time.
This fee includes:
~ The services of our Production and Technical Coordinator during your show.
~ Basic use of our lighting and sound systems (including microphones)
~ Use of the whole Music Mountain Theatre, which includes:
the lobby, dressing rooms and green room.
~ We also cross promote your event on our website calendar and post your event on our marquee one week prior to your event.
We have found most of two hour events require our clients to be onsite for five hours allowing time to set up the lobby, the tech systems required for the event in the auditorium and post event clean up and load out. Please check here to see our theatre layout.
We are happy to schedule as much time as you need to prepare for your event.
We charge $75 per hour for additional time.
Can you rent Music Mountain Theatre all day or for a week?
Absolutely! Please email us at Rentals@MusicMountainTheatre.org or call 609-397-3337 to discuss more extensive use of our venue.
We do offer different pricing for non-profit organizations. Please call or email for details.
